I once heard a speaker say that the definition of success is always moving steadily towards a goal.
I think that is a fantastic way to reframe and shape your world view! Are you looking at your “failures” as learning experiences or as failures in the classic sense of the word?
What if you could CONSCIOUSLY recognize what you gained from the experience. As in ask yourself, “Did I learn something?”
The good news is, you can always reframe your past to view it as a trial, a test, a lesson. Start considering it a lesson from the school of hard knocks. It’s real word education, not failing!
Make it part of your growing process and when you look at it the right way, it will help you realize your past is all just a part of your journey to becoming the person you want to be!
